Leaving Fort William our tour will take us South down the shores of Loch Linnhe to
Glencoe, Argyll. Onwards up into the valley the road cuts through the narrow gorge. Past Buchaille Etive Mhor at the head
of Glen Etive and across the desolately barren, yet beautiful Rannoch Moor.
Turning into Glen
Orchy the road twists and turns along the river edge offering fantastic views. At the head of Loch Awe sits Kilchurn Castle.
It can be visited during the summer months by steamboat sailing from Loch Awe pier. Onward to the Pass of Brander and through
Taynuilt.
Across Connel Bridge on route to the Sea Life Sanctuary at Barcaldine. On leaving the
Sanctuary we will drive over Loch Creran Bridge to Appin on our way back to Fort William.
